Things to do at Sankt Helene
Many of the activities offered at Sankt Helene are related to the surrounding countryside but, of course, we also offer indoor activities.
You can either explore the facilities on your own or if you need a little help, you just choose some of the activities where we have made all the practical arrangements – and all you need to do is show up!
Especially during the Danish school holidays (weeks 28–31), Sankt Helene has a lot to offer families with children. You might not want to spend your entire holiday visiting castles, museums or amusement parks, which is why we make sure that you have the opportunity to be adventurous ‘at home’; i.e. at Sankt Helene.
All year round, our Nature Team will have ideas for adventures and experiences in the countryside surrounding Sankt Helene. You can borrow one of our field kits and explore the countryside with your family using the natural science books, pen and paper together with the tools necessary to get a natural adventure out of going to the beach, the marsh, the nature trail or taking a walk in the woods. And all these potential adventures are within a range of 15 minutes by foot from Sankt Helene.
Furthermore, you can follow the quiz trail through our school forest and try to answer the questions you will find along the way.
At the reception desk, we have the equipment necessary for all the games mentioned on the right-hand side of this page. All you need to do is pay a deposit, and you are ready to play. Please refer to the price list concerning prices for tennis, midget golf and summer activities.
In addition to the games already mentioned, we also have a lot of ordinary board games for rainy days. These can be borrowed from the reception desk against paying a deposit. In the kiosk, you can buy cards and dices.
