Payment
All prices stated in the Sankt Helenes online booking facility is like everywhere else on the website stated in Danish kroner DKK, including VAT and all taxes.
Payment is done by using one of the approved cards / credit cards at the online booking site.
For accommodation and meals, you pay the minute you book at the online booking site for all stays that include accommodation and/or meals.
For physical products we withdraw the money, either when collected at Sankt Helene, or when we send the items from Sankt Helene. We send only products in Denmark and you pay postage equal to the post office charges.
Confirmation and changes to the reservation
You will always receive an E-mail confirmation of your order.
If that is not the case please call us at +45 48 70 98 50 to make sure your booking has succeded.
In the confirmation you will find your cancellation terms, which you can also read below.
Changes in your order should be given in writing to Sankt Helene.
Fortrydelsesret og refusion
You have the option to cancel your paid booking on the following conditions:
• More than 30 days before arrival we refund the full amount.
• Between 30 to 2 days before arrival 50% is refunded.
• Less than 2 days before arrival we repay nothing.
If you purchased a gift article we use the following policy: Being a customer at www.helene.dk you as a customer has a 14 day right to return the item from the day you received the order. Your right means that you as a customer can receive goods, pack it out and see if it matches your expectations. If you regret your purchase, you deliver the goods back to Sankt Helene and get the price of goods excl. delivery costs refunded. Cost of return delivery / shipment to Sankt Helene is at your own expense. Condition of use of the right is that Sankt Helene will have the goods received back in same condition and quantity as upon delivery.
The products you add to the shopping basket are not purchased until you have entered your Dankort / credit card details and pressed "Confirm order". NOTICE we do only send items within adresses in Denmark.
