A football training camp with players and coaches starts with a small snack Friday evening, then time for tactics or playing games, accommodation in 4-bedded rooms with toilet and shower. You start the next morning with a breakfast buffet, 1½-hour football practice, a lunch buffet, another 1½-hour football practice and then a sports buffet/dinner. Before leaving on Sunday you have the last  breakfast buffet and another 1½-hour football practice.

An indoor handball training camp is a possibility but you need to drive a few kilometers to the nearest handball court in the local Sports Center. If you need to get in touch with local handball teams we have all the experience needed and a lot of contacts. Both elite and amateur teams have been visiting Sankt Helene.

Sankt Helene offers training camps for orienteers all year round. But especially when Spring Cup takes place in March 2016 we fill the house.
